Requirements

Human Services Certificate or equivalent. Minimum of two years’ experience teaching
people with intellectual and/or physical disabilities. Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and
intermediate computer skills required. This position requires the ability to operate tools
and/or machinery including shredder, lawn mower, weed trimmer, skill saw, and regularly
lift over 40 lbs.

Qualifications / Knowledge / Skills

Reporting to the Employment Services Supervisor, the Skyline Coordinator oversees the
day-to-day activities of the Skyline social enterprise. The role works alongside the
Vocational Worker to assist people with intellectual disabilities to be successful within
employment settings within Rivercity Inclusion.

Provides vocational skills training and supports clients in maintaining Rivercity Inclusion
employment opportunities. Performs administrative tasks to support business operations,
including client time sheets, ordering/purchasing, customer pick up logs, tracking
documents, and order forms. Organizes work orders and ensures they are met; ensures
customer specifications are met. Responsible for the development, test marketing and
designing of new products. Performs inventory of supplies and monthly inventory of raw
materials, work in progress and finished products. Promotes public awareness of and
support for the program by performing duties such as producing promotional materials
and attending community events. Maintains all participant files to include all information
as directed by program supervisor. Ensures supplies are available for clients to effectively
perform their job. Coordinates clients’ involvement in work production.
