Office Administration or Business Administration Certificate or equivalent training. Minimum of three years’ experience in an administrative role. Intermediate Excel skills. Strong background using various software and database programs.
The Intake Coordinator will play an essential role in meeting with families to connect their child to the appropriate services. Through interviews and discussions, the Intake Coordinator will gather information about the child’s developmental, behavioral, and physical challenges. Based on a predetermined set of criteria established by paraprofessionals and other team members, the Intake Coordinator will refer families to the most suitable programs.
During their time as an Administrative Assistant, the role will provide administrative assistance and financial reporting for the Supported Child Development Program at Dogwood Place Child & Youth Development Centre. The position also covers immediate front desk reception needs in the absence of the Administration Supervisor.
