Rivercity Inclusion provides housing opportunities for individuals in our programs and across the community. Each of our housing properties offers something different and have certain parameters for living there. Please select one of the properties below for more information.

Ironwood Place

Ironwood Place is a 54-unit senior’s Assisted Living Community designed to promote independence, choice and dignity to the seniors who reside here. Ironwood Place also provides hospitality services which includes, two meals per day, recreational activities, housekeeping services and 24-hour emergency response.

Lion's Place

Lion’s Place is a 17-unit affordable housing complex designated for persons with limited fixed income as well as adults with developmental disabilities.  Lion’s Place offers bachelor and one bedroom apartment style living.

Palmer Place

Palmer Place is a 24-unit permanent supportive housing complex for persons with developmental disabilities, and/or women with children who need affordable housing. Palmer Place is a partnership between the Campbell River and North Island Transition Society and Rivercity Inclusion which offers long term housing to those on a limited fixed income.
