Negative TB test results, able to provide a record of immunizations, must have a current Criminal Record Check as per Association policy.

Qualifications / Knowledge / Skills:

Highly organized, flexible, with excellent time management skills. Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment with time pressures and competing priorities. Demonstrated ability to exercise confidentiality, patience, calmness, effective self-care practices, resilience, problem solving skills. Enhanced communication skills – the ability to always maintain professionalism and adapt to the needs of the person. Excellent all-round communication skills with high attention to detail. Strong computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, email, Comvida). Has a basic understanding of financial impact of overtime usage, funding, resources, etc. Has the ability to work within and interpret the Collective Agreement. Ability to work as part of a team and independently, with minimal supervision. Understanding or willingness to learn about supported living resourcing needs including (but not limited to) skill requirements.
