Nature of Position

The Society is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and people-first leader to join us as our Director of Human Resources & Administration. In this pivotal role, you will shape and manage the Society’s HR services, policies, and programs. You will champion an employee-focused, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, clear standards, productivity, and the recruitment of an exceptional workforce. Balancing high-level strategic planning with daily operational administration, you will also serve as a strong advocate for labour relations.

  • Strategic Initiatives
  • Supervision of administration, payroll, and benefits

The ideal candidate holds a university degree in human resources, or a comparable combination of education and experience, along with at least five years in a senior leadership position. Additionally, the candidate should have a broad knowledge and experience in employment standards, labour relations law, employee relations, and safety.
