Nature of Position

The Activity Coordinator plans and executes recreational, social and/or educational activities for the residents at Ironwood Place. This role will encourage and facilitate residents’ participation in planned activities in Ironwood Place and the community. The successful candidate would need to be available weekdays from 8:00am – 4:00pm.

Requirements

Certificate in human/social services or recreation course. Minimum six months’ experience providing activities to seniors. Current First Aid and CPR, negative TB test results, current Criminal Record Check, Food Safe Certification, and CPI training.
