Requirements

The Life Skills Worker provides a variety of support services including life skills development, problem solving, and community based recreational, social and educational activities to all tenants at Palmer Place. The role also helps to maintain a clean living environment throughout the property. The Life Skills Worker has a willingness to perform minor gardening, light housekeeping, and report building maintenance needs to the Site Coordinator.

Qualifications / Knowledge / Skills

Valid Class 5 Driver’s License, current First Aid and CPR, negative TB test results, current Criminal Record Check as per Association policy, and Food Safe Certification.

Certificate in a human services, social services, or equivalent. Six months’ related experience.
