Supervises clients in performing vocational tasks. Coordinates clients’ involvement in work production. Performs safety checks and ensures participants are not placed in an unsafe work situation. Completes random on-line inspections and final check of product before delivery to ensure quality is maintained. Organizes work orders and ensures they are met; ensures customer specifications are met. Completes all aspects of retail sales, including but not limited to, delivery of product to customers. Performs inventory of supplies and monthly inventory of raw materials, work in progress and finished product. This position requires the ability to operate tools and/or machinery including shredder, lawn mower, weed trimmer, skill saw, etc.
