Human Services Worker Certification or certification in a relevant field preferred. Three-to-six-month prior job experience (paid or volunteer), working with people with developmental disabilities and a dual diagnosis. Must be able to work with minimum supervision; exercise sound decision making in a crisis situation. Must display the initiative, enthusiasm, energy, and ability to be a contributing team member. Must be prepared to do housekeeping duties to include cooking, and grocery shopping.
