Requirements:
Class IV Driver's License is a necessary requirement of this post. Current First Aid and CPR, negative TB test results, current Criminal Record Check as per Society policy. Food Safe Certification and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention also required.
Qualifications / Knowledge / Skills:
Human Services Worker Certification or certification in a relevant field preferred. Three to six month prior job experience (paid or volunteer) working with people with developmental disabilities. Must display a proven ability to work with individuals calmly and effectively with complex support needs and behaviours. Must display enthusiasm, energy and willingness to be flexible in adapting to a varied schedule.

Own Vehicle Requirements:
Own vehicle and business insurance preferred. Access available to program vehicle.
